Today, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has announced that its eForm 4473 application is now available to download for Microsoft Windows. This application includes the statutory requirements set forth previously by both the NICS Denial Notification Act and the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA), and to reflect the implementation of ATF Final Rule 2021R-05F, ATF Form 4473 that was recently revised in August of 2023. 

The ATF eForm 4473 application is available for download starting today, and the application is an additional resource available to FFLs apart from the downloadable form, or the paper form available from the ATF’s website.
