Stabilizing Brace – ATF Rescinds Notice

Last week Orchid was notified by the ATF about their intent to require registration of “Stabilizing Braces.”  The original communication and link to the ATF’s posting in the Federal Register (Notice ATF 2020R-10) can be read here.
