HARTFORD, CT (May 1, 2023) – The leader in FFL technology, payment processing, and firearm and explosive compliance services, Orchid is excited to announce its latest executive hire in Eric Wille. Eric will work alongside Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, Leland Nichols, as the firm’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Over the last decade, Eric has held various leadership roles at Gearfire, including Director of Retail Product Management and Director of Sales in which he was responsible for the product strategy of Gearfire’s retail Point-of-Sale software, AXIS, its integration to major wholesalers, such as Davidson’s, Sports South, Lipsey’s, and RSR, and the integration to Gearfire’s ecommerce platform and third-party marketplaces. Prior to Gearfire, Eric was a key team member at AcuSport for five years supporting the development and implementation of their retail management technology software.
