ATF to Host Virtual Training on Final Rule 2021R-05 for FFLs

On April 11, 2022, the Attorney General signed ATF Final Rule 2021R-05F, ‘Definition of “Firearm Frame and Receiver” and Identification of Firearms.’ The Final Rule was published in the Federal Register on April 26, 2022 and becomes effective on August 24, 2022.

Today, the ATF invited all FFL Responsible Persons to participate in virtual training to assist FFLs in better understanding the Final Rule. Training will be conducted through WebEx on the following dates/times:
