HARTFORD, CT (July 27th, 2020) – Orchid Advisors, the firearm industry’s leading provider of FFL compliance software and solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of two new employees to the team.

Scott and Anthony are two of several talented professionals who are being added to help retailers, ranges, and manufacturers improve operating efficiencies and compliance.”
Scott Grigerek will be assuming the role of Compliance Solutions Manager. Scott will assist in the development of our eBound / e4473 and eState compliance software. Scott has over 15 years of shooting sports industry experience, including retail and range operations at one of the country’s largest retailers, Hoffman’s Gun Center. In addition to his retail experience, Scott led the ATF compliance efforts at O.F. Mossberg, reporting directly to the General Counsel. While there, he assisted with the integration of ERP and electronic bound book software and played a significant role in ATF inspection preparation and response.
Anthony Carlson has accepted the position of Customer Solution Specialist. Anthony will be assisting prospective and existing customers with the selection and use of Orchid’s software. Anthony has over 10 years of shooting sports industry experience. He started his retail journey working behind the counter at Impact Guns where he developed extensive experience in retail POS systems, electronic ATF compliance, and inventory management. Anthony further developed his industry expertise by providing direct support to customers of Brownell’s and Gemtech Suppressors.
