ATF Issues Open Letter to Minnesota FFLs
Today ATF issued an Open Letter to Minnesota Federal Firearms Licensees. ATF has officially confirmed that a Minnesota State Permit to Carry is no longer a valid exemption to the NICS Background Check requirement for transfers to non-licensees.
