We have been with Orchid for about a year and Toni has been an absolute game changer in the growth of our business. The POS software is complex and does far more than we could possibly master without her help. It can seem overwhelming, but every time I've needed any help, training, or guidance Toni has been right there to walk us through it. Any time we have needed anything from any department they have always responded quickly, which is very important when running a small retail shop. Man where do I start? Nine years of using a pos system that was designed for restaurants was brutal. But we had “made” it work However all paperwork was still “PAPER” work. I had put off making the swap to eforms and a proper FFL based pos system long enough. From initially talking to Brandy. To signing up and working with Toni was absolutely perfect. Consider yourself lucky if Toni is your onboarding contact. She’s the best. My team and I really enjoyed the time with her as she brought us on board. The system is honestly intimidating from the surface. However her guidance and a lil digging in and we were completely transitioned in about two weeks. We even elected to hand inventory and hand out every item in our store in the system over handing files from the old pos system and wow there was some discrepancies and I am glad we chose the “harder” way. My time with Toni has ended and we just finished our third day of business as an Orchid backed store. Now we are opting for the full e-commerce store experience and I have no doubt it’ll go smoothly as well. Also we went with their fantastic card system and Jeremy made that a breeze. I truly think having orchid is going to improve my bottom line at my store and be worth every penny we spent. I need to add that I sat thru presentations from four of orchids competitors and I knew within minutes none compared to what orchid offered and the cost involved If you are ready to go from a small guy style store to growing into the big dog in your area.
