Phil plays a key role in helping clients prepare for ATF inspections and defending their FFL against ATF Revocations. To date, no FFL implementing compliance programs developed by Phil have seen their license revoked. He is an attorney specializing in GCA / NFA regulations, state firearm laws, firearm classifications and product development, and all matters related to firearm compliance.
