ALL Firearm Retailers!

Independent Retail and Pawn Stores: Large or small, you’re all subject to the same Federal/State firearm regulations and in some cases, NFA and ITAR/Export regulations too! Yet, you want to focus on running your business. This program was designed for FFLs like yours who have fewer dedicated resources that can be applied to education, supervision, process development, technology, regulatory research and even legal advice.  likely

Multi-Unit Retailers and Pawns: Operating in a highly regulated environment is complex. Operating multiple locations which expand your footprint and the reach of your business also increases the complexity of the regulatory environment you are working in. The Gold and Platinum options provide the path to the piece of mind you are looking for in ensuring your stores are achieving your compliance goals and delivering the bottom line results you demand.

Multi-Channel Retailers: eCommerce sales continue to dominate all retail markets! We all know how impactful the internet can be to your business model. As with multi-unit retail business models, operating with an expanded footprint and in the national and global economy can have an immensely positive impact on your business. Additionally, it can have a tremendous impact on your ability to maintain your company’s standard of compliance; however, with the suite of services, tools and technology the Firearms Retailers Development Program offers, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Unlimited Legal Defense Fund: If after all the onsite training, phone support and online training, a regulatory may take action against your license, NSSF will provide a vetted law firm and money to defend your license. *Terms and Conditions apply.

Security Assessment: The ATF has reported a 100% increase in year over year FFL break-ins 2015 v. 2016. This assessment will evaluate your retail location(s) physical security program. $499 per additional location (Gold and Platinum Plans).

NSSF ATF Compliance Mock Inspection and On-site Training: This day-long training audit is conducted by former ATF Managers and Executives and is designed to assist you in getting into and staying in compliance.  Areas covered include review of 4473 forms, A&D Books, inventory controls, multiple handgun forms, all NFA documents and all other federally mandated GCA forms.  This long-standing program has helped hundreds of FFLs stay compliant and focus on growing their business and serving their customers.

On-Call Regulatory Compliance Support: As a Premium Retailer, your store is assigned a former Compliance Manager or Executive to provide ATF, Import, Export and NFA compliance support.  Anytime you or your staff have a compliance question, your consultant is just a phone call away.  This invaluable service can be utilized as needed with no additional fees.  It’s like having your own compliance expert on staff.
